
The property offers options for lodging, including the 1890’s plantation house has been immaculately restored into our Main Lodge.
Features include large porches, a copper roof, hardwood floors, several fireplaces, modern kitchen, cypress molding, ceilings and panels, study, and a remarkable oval entrance hall. The dining room mural was painted by Jennifer Rempel of Pittsburg in 1994 and contains only wildlife and flora indigenous to Woodside. A pool fed by clear, artesian spring water sits in the side yard.
Main Lodge
Built in 1871, the mansion is a throwback to plantation days but has been lovingly renovated with all the modern conveniences. With five bedrooms, the home can accommodate small or large groups of hunting and non-shooting guests. Additional accommodations are available in the Pond House Cottage and the Turkey Creek Hunting Cabin.

The Pond House
The Pond House is a private, light-filled cottage with large windows and a handsome porch overlooking the pond. It sits steps from the outdoor kitchen and fire pit, a perfect location for small gatherings, bocce games on the lawn, or cozy evenings to yourself. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests with one king bed and a pull out couch. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the porch, drop a line or launch a boat into the pond, or meander down to the flower fields.
Turkey Creek Cabin
The southern portion of the plantation covers 505 acres and called Turkey Creek. This is a major hunting area and abounds with deer and turkeys. The Turkey Creek Lodge is located in scenic woodlands by a pond. Only a short distance away is a beautiful floodable duck impoundment. Game patches and deer stands are located all around the Turkey Creek tract.
Turkey Creek Cabin
The Turkey Creek Cabin is located on 500 acres of premium deer and turkey hunting. It echoes the hunting camps of the past with modern amenities and a porch overlooking a private pond stocked with bass.
A cleaning station with walk-in coolers completes the ideal set-up for your hunting weekend.
