Located in the center of Charleston SC, Augusta GA and Savannah GA — just an hour from the Savannah/Hilton Head Int’l Airport — our venue provides a peaceful escape with the perfect blend of countryside elegance and accessibility. We work with you to ensure a weekend you’ll never forget.

The Woodside Wedding Package

  • Exclusive Use of Property for Rehearsal Dinner, Bridesmaid’s Brunch or Luncheon, Wedding and Reception

  • Changing Areas for the Bride and Groom

  • Friday/Saturday Weddings may check in at 12pm on Friday for set-up/decorating for the wedding and rehearsal dinner

  • Shuttle to Parking Area and Parking Attendant for the day of the wedding

  • Set Up and Take Down – Set up and take down of any outside rentals (tables, chairs, china, glasses, linens, etc.) are the responsibility of the renter and/or wedding planner. All items must be removed by Sunday at 11am

  • Photography – Use of grounds for photography for both engagement and wedding pictures

Guidelines

  • Event insurance policy provided by the client to Woodside Plantation

  • Our damage deposit is $750 (check or credit card on file). Woodside will not cash the check and will return it after the walk thru following clean-up.

  • Alcohol and catering to be arranged by client, not included in venue pricing

Additional Items Available Upon Request

  • Guest Transportation to/from Savannah or another metro area – Party busses with food and beverages can be arranged for transport to and from Woodside, we can provide suggested hotel blocks within 1 hr of the venue.

  • Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties

  • Lodging for Bridal Party or out of town guests for up to 14 on-site, with neighboring estates for overflow

  • Mule-drawn Wagon arrival

  • Activities – Hunting; Fishing Charters; Clay Shooting; Golf; Yoga; Spa Packages
